About

Professional Work

I am a Production Coordinator and Audio Engineer working across live events, touring, and venue-based production, with a developing focus on immersive and spatial audio delivery.

I currently work as Production Coordinator at The Lower Third (Outernet Venues), where I manage all aspects of show advancing and production planning. My role includes advancing artists and tours, preparing cost reports and budgets, coordinating staffing and freelancers, and overseeing equipment hires and technical requirements to ensure smooth, well-organised event delivery within a fast-paced, high-profile venue environment.

Alongside venue production, I maintain an active touring and technical practice, working as a monitor engineer and stage technician on UK and international productions. This hands-on experience informs my approach to production coordination, enabling me to anticipate technical requirements, support touring crews effectively, and translate creative and technical needs into clear, workable production plans.

In parallel, I am developing a specialist practice in immersive and spatial audio, and have worked on L-ISA immersive playback projects as an L-Acoustics–trained consultant. This work has involved supporting spatial playback delivery, assisting with system adaptation to specific spaces, and collaborating closely with artists and production teams to align technical execution with creative intent.

Creative Work

My work explores composition as an evolving form, combining electronic technologies with acoustic instruments, microtonal tuning systems, and emerging audio formats.

Alongside professional work in live events, touring, and immersive audio consultancy, my creative practice focuses on sound as a spatial and perceptual experience. Influenced by spectromorphology, experimental music, and musique concrète, I am interested in how sound interacts with architecture, technology, and human perception, and how immersive audio can reshape listening and performance contexts.

Through practice-based research and composition, I aim to develop work that bridges technical innovation and artistic expression, creating immersive sound experiences that are responsive to both space and audience.

Recognition

In 2023 I was awarded the Music Production Award for my Final Research Project on Microtonal Music; The Attainability of Microtonal Compositions using Accessible Tools. The entry that won the award was a project proposal poster accompanied by a piece of music with a visualizer.
